|Recommended: YesGreat Helpful Staff — From the very beginning all the staff at ONE09WEST have been outstanding. They always have a positive attitude and are eager to assist. They are very informative and don't mind sharing how nice of place this location is for the students. I'd like to recognize Conner and Megan as they were so helpful in making sure my renewal process went smooth. Definitely recommend ONE09WEST for all the amenities they provide, location, and most importantly that the staff care about the tenants who reside there.

|Recommended: YesPretty good — Is actually really nice place and space my only complaint is the cleanliness, definitely clean when you move in. And theres a lot of things that you can tell were painted over so they wouldn't have to do anything about it. We call it the landlord special lol. But I love it here The kitchen is so nice and the space is so nice.

The property staff have been very polite and helpful, and in general the complex is well-maintained. Move-in was easy, and there have been no issues with noise or neighbors. New appliances in the kitchen are nice.
The Bad
Inspecting the room unit revealed various damages to the flooring, moulding, baseboards, tub, and furniture that were unexpected compared to the pristine condition of the room that is advertised for tours.

|Recommended: YesAttentive Staff, just a couple of problems with apartment. — Moving-in was hectic for everyone, but they were helpful in giving us a package full of information. The key given didn't work to the lock, but the staff made it a priority to get the correct cutout, the next day. Moving-in the toilet did not flush and flooded the floor and found organic growth in the restroom, but beside those issue, I like how welcoming the staff is.
